Project Type: Interior Remodel, built in 2014

This Capitol Hill residence is situated between the arboretum and Volunteer Park. With only one bathroom upstairs to serve three bedrooms, the first phase of the project created a whole new master suite, utilizing unused attic space. A new walk-in closet adds more storage and a new master bathroom provides a double sink, toilet closet, and shower with sauna capability. Phase two transformed an unfinished basement into a guest suite with new bedroom, bathroom and living space which serves as a media room.
